Animation Process

Our animation process aims to paint a clear picture of the whole process from your brief till our final delivery. We have crafted this process to quick, efficient but most importantly, Understandable.

1. Briefing

This is where we listen to what you want, we want to know your objectives and goals to better understand the story that you need to convey, we also look at your target audience and ideas that you might have. Don’t have any ideas? Don’t worry, we will schedule a brainstorm session to play around with some ideas until we find what works.

2.Script

You can either provide us with a ready script or we can handle all of that for you. This process is the first sign off and the gears are in motion, we then use the script to create a storyboard, which is a simple and rough version of what your video will look like.

3. Storyboard

We will create a storyboard so that you get a better understanding visually of what your video will look like. We focus on camera angles, composition and key elements that should be in specific scenes. Once we sign off, we the create style frames.

4. Style Frames

Following your guidelines, we then create a number of artworks called Style Frames so you can see exactly how the final video will look like. We believe this will give you the best understanding of how the final video will look and what elements will be added.

5. Voice Over

The script will be sent to one of our many voice over artists. You can either provide us with the Voiceover if you have, or we can handle the recording and send to you for approval.

6. Animation

Once the Script, Storyboard, Style frame and Voice Over are approved, then its time to get animating. This stage is often the longest and most challenging, which is why everything should be signed off before we begin this phase.

7. Audio Mix

This where we had all our sound effects from poofs! to whoosh! we got them all, we also add the final sound track that carries the whole video. Everything is mixed and mastered and the Baam! we have a full video.
